To create regions from these maps, follow instructions provided by SC4Ever.com's Knowledge Tree Article on Creating new regions in SimCity 4. The below regions are all based on a 15 x 15 (unless noted) config file which you can get here. (Right click on the link and choose "Save Target As")

Download Instructions: Right-Click image, and choose "Save Target As" to download. Download to any folder as long as it is on the same drive as SimCity 4. Scan all downloaded objects before opening. To Load Follow the instructions provided by SC4Ever.com's Knowledge Tree Article, Creating new regions in SimCity 4.
