SimGlobal experienced a few hours of downtime yesterday. We're back up today, and we're hoping our servers won't have any more trouble in the immediate and not-so-immediate future.

IGN.com has a new review, about SimCity 4. It's not yet available to the public, but those who don't have a membership can wait, I'm sure. Rumor has it that there are new screens and new info. If you're an IGN.com member, Check it out!. If not, wait until it becomes available to the public.

The Sims Online has now been confirmed by Maxis. This new addition not only adds pets to the game but expands your neighborhood, adds 125 new objects as well as 5 new career paths. The full press release, with screenshots, can be read at TheSims.com.

With rumors floating about about The Sims: Unleashed some were beginning to wonder if it was actually coming out. The Sims Online Network has confirmed this with a letter to EBGames. EBGames says that they recieved official word the game is coming out, although they no none of the details. So the 1 customer review detailing The Sims: Unleashed has yet to be backed by an EA press release.
