SimGlobal has started a new trend. We now have anaylses of screenshots from SimCity 4 up, perhaps the first detailed ones on the net! The Sims Online Release Date...

The Sims Online release date has been hovering in the past several months in time for Quarter 4. The exact date had not been pinned down until recently, with November 18 as the canidate. But several online stores have changed this to December 1st. Hopefully we will be able to see The Sims Online before Christmas.

It's official. Game Critics Awards: Best of E3 2002 Winners have been announced. The Sims Online won the Best Simulation Game, while SimCity 4 was the runner-up. The Sims Online also recieved the runner-up spot for Best Online Multiplayer. You can view the rest of the winners and runner-ups here. Congrats to Maxis/EA!

SimGlobal.net has just taken a major step in conversion from our classic style frame to SSI, or server side includes. This means that you will be able to easily access the main pages from our navigation bar at the left from any of our other pages.
